The valve body adopts a structural shape suitable for lining process requirements; all parts that are in direct contact with the medium, such as the inner cavity of the valve body and valve cover, and the outer surfaces of the gate plate and valve stem, are fully lined with fluoroplastics such as FEP (F46) or PCTFE (F3);
The sealing pair is a combination of FEP (F46)/FEP (F46) or other materials, with a small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
The packing adopts PTFE (F4) standard packing, which has good sealing performance and is convenient for maintenance and replacement;
The gate plate with elasticity can compensate for the deviation between the sealing surface of the gate plate and the valve seat seal, resulting in good fit and ideal sealing effect;
The medium can pass through the gate valve from either side in any direction, making it suitable for use as an opening and closing device on pipelines where the direction of the medium may change.
