H42F46 fluorine lined lifting vertical check valve is an automatic control valve used in industrial pipeline systems to prevent corrosive fluid backflow. It is a vertical variant of lifting check valve and is suitable for water supply and drainage systems in chemical, water plant, power plant and other fields. The valve body is made of WCB, stainless steel and other materials, lined with corrosion-resistant materials such as F46 and PFA. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃ and can resist corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis. The structural length of the valve complies with the GB/T 12221-1989 standard, and the flange connection follows the JB/T 82.1-94 and GB/T9113.1-2000 specifications. The diameter covers DN25 to DN400, and the pressure rating is PN0.6-1.6MPa. The valve disc is driven by fluid pressure to rise and fall along the axis of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the valve disc automatically closes under the action of pressure difference and gravity to prevent backflow. The sealing surface adopts stainless steel welding technology and passes the double inspection of water pressure and air pressure. It needs to be installed vertically and the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow mark on the valve body. Similar products include lifting straight through, rotating and butterfly structures, which are respectively adapted to different pipeline layouts.
